For our Spring #SoundsForTheSeasons, we proudly present a powerful record from Mi’chelle Renee, singer/songwriter from Chicago. “Lonely Star” is an intimate record with powerful lyrics and vocals.The passionate voice of Renee shares a story of heartbreak and perseverance over ambient and digital sounds.

A.Muse Audio’s love for all musical styles is reflected in our multi-genre focus. With our roots in the dance scene, we marvel over Renee’s voice and storytelling of simultaneous togetherness even when apart in our vast universe, sung over the trance-like beat produced by Ohini Jonez. We feel that energy is the connecting thread we all share here within this thing we call life, and this record crosses boundaries of what soul and electronic music can be.

Jonez successfully blends the etheric with the electronic to create a euphoric sound that encapsulates Renee’s narrative, bringing us deeply into both of their worlds. This unique melange of melodies is a true execution of Jonez’ production goals to move beyond one simple genre and “expand beyond limitations,” which perfectly aligns with our vision of universal music.
